Clean up and he even helped me with my uncles cremains, taking them to San Diego navy site for burial at sea. It was a great relief to have him do that. Fortunately, Brad Green of Green Realty, was there to help me. The condo needed a complete renovation: floors to ceilings; bathroom & kitchen; wiring; plumbing; windows – the works. Since I live outside Toronto in Canada, I needed someone on site who could look after the work for me. Brad worked with contractors to repair, upgrade and update; joined in purchasing appliances and needed supplies, and generally acted as a foreman for the project. The results were outstanding, the staging was stunning, and the unit sold for top dollar after multiple offers. I cannot say enough about Brad’s hard work and dedication to the preparation and sale.
